Given a very expensive price for tyres needing done and the minute I found a cheaper quote. There was no question it was price matched and you were by far the highest price. I was getting quotes from 195 to 220 and you offered 250.

You have to book 6 weeks in advance for a courtesy car. My cars service was booked well in advance so to not have the parts to carry out the work was very poor. Was sent away with a yellow engine warning light on the dash board not good practice.

Disorganised customer service desk with only 1 person serving and not providing the crucial information so I had to wait in the line twice to be able to ask some questions. It is so badly organised you don't know where the line starts or ends.
